Curly Koa Cabinet/Budsudan #755
This cabinet/Butsudan is made of Maui grown curly koa with aromatic camphor drawers lined with premium velvet. The drawer knobs are made from ebony.
The dark top, and bottom of the cabinet is walnut which has been ebonized. This is a process by which vinegar and steel wool has been mixed and the solution brushed onto the Walnut to darken the wood
There is a French cleat included if one wants to easily hang the cabinet on the wall. It can also be set on any horizontal surface such as a desktop, shelf etc. A glass shelf can be added upon request.
Hawaiian Koa is a cherished grained hardwood grown only in the Hawaiian Islands. It is prized for its beauty, rarity and high quality.
